Together with Würth, ENKO Software GmbH & Co. KG has developed an interface for exchanging product catalogs, order documents, and follow-up documents to minimize your manual purchasing processes.

Electronic document flow allows your orders and related documents to be exchanged digitally with Würth.

With the optional order control process, you can continue to use your typical points of contact with Würth (sales representative, web shop, app) as usual and map and manage them in Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Product master always up to date
By importing and processing your Würth product catalog, including prices, you can start ordering right away. Updates to the product catalogs save you the hassle of manually maintaining individual C-parts.
Electronic procurement
Send purchase orders to Würth electronically with just one click. Order requests allow you to maintain an overview and control over your usual Würth contact points.
Transparency in procurement – delivery overview
The planned goods receipt date is transferred from the Würth system to Business Central. If you use storage locations with goods receipt requirements, a goods receipt is automatically created for further processing.
Digital invoicing
The invoice is transferred digitally from Würth to Business Central and a purchase invoice is created. Finally, you always have the option of checking the automatically generated invoice and posting it. This means you remain in control.
