The SPC module offers a comprehensive solution for the creation and execution of inspections in various production processes. With powerful inspection planning, individual inspection plans can be created that include different inspection steps such as variable, visual or attributive characteristics. Regardless of whether it concerns single part, wafer or tray inspections, each inspection plan can be flexibly adapted to specific requirements.

Data is recorded either manually, by importing Excel files or automatically via our MDE module, which sends measurement data directly from the machines. The results are visualized in detailed control charts to quickly identify deviations and react to potential problems. With integration into Business Central, the SPC module ensures seamless data processing and sustainably improves quality control.
